Therapy Outing

We went to the Reading Museum on Tuesday with Raymond's therapists. All three of them came. I want them to focus on safety awareness with Raymond. He has NONE. Raymond never walks when we are out because I'm scared to death that he will get away from me and get hit by a car. If it were just the two of us that would be different but his sister's are always with. Since we have a family membership to the museum, I thought it would be a great place to go and get some practice following direction in a distracting setting. Physical Therapist - Lisa

This is dark but, Kristen, Raymond's Speech Therapist, is in this picture. Lisa is trying to work on steps with Raymond. Since we live in a ranch-style house, we have no steps for Raymond. He did about 7 steps then was exhausted! His little heart was pounding.

Raymond did a pretty good job at the museum. He was very tired and fell asleep in the car after about 2 minutes of driving. Isabella was an excellent helper the entire time! We are going to meet at the museum next Tuesday again.
On another note, Lily is enjoying Raymond's new chair too!

Until Next Time!

Lots of Love,

I would be a nervous wreck taking care of Raymond to make sure he is safe during outings. He must have a very good guardian angel! Kudos to all of you.
